You will

Build and execute a national philanthropy strategy Secure and steward major gifts (mid to high‑net‑worth donors) Grow revenue from trusts, foundations and PAFs Develop multi‑year funding partnerships Work directly with the CEO on key donor relationships Build a strong, qualified pipeline Contribute materially to revenue growth FY26‑FY28 You will bring

Demonstrated success securing significant philanthropic income Experience working with Australian trusts, foundations and PAFs Confidence engaging high‑net‑worth individuals Strong relationship management and stewardship capability Alignment with a values‑led, practical service model Why Join 4 Voices?
