Commencing in term 2, 2026, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Senior School. This is a pivotal role providing strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for Years 10–12, ensuring a culture of excellence in learning and wellbeing.

About the Role Shape the spiritual life of the College, modelling Christian faith and Lutheran values.

Drive a culture of high expectations, wellbeing, and restorative practices across the Senior School.

Provide dynamic leadership in pastoral care while building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

Lead data-driven strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring Success in organisational and educational leadership, achieving goals through collaboration.

Experience implementing wellbeing frameworks and restorative practices.

Understanding of Lutheran education principles and integrates Christian care into all aspects of leadership.
