A leading Australian organisation in the health and aged care sector is progressing a major multi-year cloud transformation program designed to modernise digital capabilities and uplift technology maturity across its national operations.

We're seeking a senior leader to guide this evolution, shaping the cloud strategy, modernising core platforms, strengthening engineering capability, and enabling secure, scalable cloud services that support essential services across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the organisation's cloud strategy and transformation roadmap

Establish cloud foundations including landing zones, governance, automation and security

Lead modernisation and migration programs across complex enterprise environments

Uplift engineering capability and embed DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

Oversee cloud operations and ensure high reliability for critical business services

Drive FinOps, forecasting and cloud investment governance

Engage senior executives, simplifying complex concepts and building organisational alignment

Partner with cloud vendors, MSPs and strategic delivery partners

Who You Are

A cloud strategist with experience leading large-scale transformation

Skilled in Azure architecture, hybrid cloud, IaC, automation and cloud operating models

Adept at designing cloud blueprints and uplifting engineering capability

Able to operate pragmatically, communicate clearly, and influence senior decision-makers

Experienced in complex, regulated or high-availability environments
