As Chief Finance Officer, you will report to the executive leadership of a government infrastructure agency, advising the Director‑General, Deputy Director‑General and senior stakeholders on budget planning, financial reporting, compliance and performance. You will lead a skilled finance team, oversee statutory obligations under the Financial Management Act, and guide financial decision‑making across the division. Key Responsibilities

Deliver strategic financial advice to executive and ministerial levels Lead the directorate’s budget planning, internal controls and financial performance Oversee reporting, forecasting, cashflow and cost allocations Ensure compliance with government policy, legislation and probity requirements Represent the organisation in whole‑of‑government financial forums Manage improvement initiatives across systems and processes Build and lead a high‑performing finance team with clear vision and accountability You Will Bring
