Commercial Lawyer 3-8 years

Role Description This role is full-time or part-time for a Commercial Lawyer with 3-8 years of experience. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, purchase and sale of shares and businesses, buying and selling land and dealing with land (subdivision, leasing, easements, boundary issues, planning), reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, dealing with company structures and issues (shareholders agreements, company loans, directors duties), advising on disagreements and negotiating solutions, general advice on personal property issues (asset planning, restructuring, estate distribution), lending and taking security and generally advising clients on legal and business matters mainly for medium and small businesses.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Law, including strong knowledge of legal principles and frameworks

Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial Contracts

Expertise in addressing Legal Issues and providing tailored Legal Advice

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and cases effectively

Admitted to practise in WA at least 3 years post admission.
