About the Role
We’re seeking a
General Manager
to take ownership of day-to-day operations and support the CEO in executing the company’s strategic direction.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role has responsibility for coordinating operations across finance, technology, compliance, sales, brokerage, and customer experience. You’ll help bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the business — ensuring plans turn into action and teams are aligned around shared priorities.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working with people, and steadily building a high‑performing, well‑governed organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business priorities into clear operational plans and actions
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across brokerage, trading, customer experience, technology, and support teams
Lead and support senior team members, setting clear expectations and accountability
Monitor business performance, budgets, and costs in partnership with the CFO
Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance processes are embedded and followed
Act as a point of escalation for operational and regulatory matters
Improve systems, processes, and ways of working as the business grows
Build strong working relationships with regulators, advisers, and external partners
Support the CEO with business planning, execution, and internal coordination
About You
This role suits someone who may already be leading a function or multiple teams and is ready to step into a broader
General Manager–style role , or someone already operating at GM level in a smaller or growing organisation.
You are likely to be:
Experienced in operations, business management, or senior leadership roles
Comfortable working in regulated or compliance‑focused environments
Confident leading people, setting structure, and driving accountability
Commercially minded, with solid financial and operational judgement
Practical, organised, and calm under pressure
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working close to the business
Expereinced in fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency (direct crypto experience is essential)
