Childcare Centres across the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne who are on their hunt for talented, and high performing Centre Managers!
Our clients are Victorian owned and Operated Providers offering a combined exposure of 30+ years of Operation in the Early Childhood sector in Victoria.
They are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, and fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of every child in their care. Position Overview
2 Centres are seeking full time Centre Managers for their northern Centres located in
Hadfield , and
Greensborough .
Generous salaries for experienced Directors of up to $120,000 per year + sign on bonuses

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership to the teaching team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, curriculum development, and budget management.
Educational Excellence:
Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to create a stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. Monitor and enhance the quality of education provided.
Parent and Community Engagement : Foster positive relationships with parents and the local community, maintaining open communication and involvement in the center's activities.
Compliance:
Ensure that the center complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Staff Development:
Support professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and maintain high-quality teaching practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
3+ years’ experience as a Childcare Centre Director or similar role
Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to reach occupancy targets, manage enrolments, confidently manage staffing and performance, and build deep rooted community connections and employer branding
A genuine passion for high-quality early learning and empowering educators
