Head of Energy, Utilities & Resources (EU&R)

to spearhead growth across this critical industry portfolio. This senior role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who excels at shaping market direction and delivering impactful technology solutions.

The Role You will define and execute the national EU&R growth strategy, build strong executive relationships, and develop tailored solutions that address the complex needs of large-scale energy, utilities, and resources organisations. With access to strong delivery capability, you’ll lead commercial strategy, identify new opportunities, and influence major digital transformation initiatives across the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the national EU&R sales and account strategy

Identify and close new opportunities with major industry players

Build trusted senior relationships across energy, utilities and mining/resource organisations

Oversee major bids, proposals and commercial negotiations

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design impactful solutions

Represent the company as a sector thought leader and strategic advisor

About You

Strong experience selling or leading solutions within energy, utilities or resources

Proven ability to develop market strategies and grow key accounts

Excellent stakeholder, commercial and communication skills

Strategic thinker with a passion for industry transformation

Motivated, collaborative and comfortable operating at executive level
