Role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail‑driven Licensed Conveyancer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client service and love keeping things moving, this is your chance to take charge and manage a high volume of files with confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Conveyancing Settlements and Lodgements in PEXA/Sym
Attend to all post‑unconditional settlement tasks including adjustment calculations, transfer preparation, stamping and cheque directions.
Proactively follow up with parties, lenders and clients where required.
Liaise with clients to ensure a streamlined and professional service is provided at all times.
Maximise and upsell the use of SettleIT along with other InfoTrack products.
Provide clients with post‑sales implementation, training and ongoing account management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Minimum one year of experience in conveyancing.
Excellent presentation, phone manner and communication skills.
Exceptional grammar and written skills.
Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference.
Proactive initiative and ability to work autonomously.
Knowledge and experience in the Conveyancing process.
