Leading key uplift initiatives, including new training programs and standardised service documentation. Coordinating with internal teams to enhance service tools and support security and assurance needs. Identifying service delivery improvement opportunities and ensuring actions are implemented on time. To be successful, the

will demonstrate: At least 5 years’ experience in Government, Security, Intelligence or operational environments. Strong background in streamlining business processes and delivering service improvement outcomes. Proven ability to independently manage priorities, projects and complex service functions.
