The Opportunity
Based in our Adelaide CBD office, you’ll steer a team of emerging and established recruiters while engaging with some of the most prestigious brands and organisations as well as State Government.
Mentoring and supporting your colleagues guiding them through their recruitment journey
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
Building and maintaining strong talent pools
Matching candidates with client requirements and role expectations
Nurturing client relationships
Scheduling and attending client meetings
Building long‑term relationships through consistent value‑add contact
Attending networking events

Ideally, you’ll have:
3‑5 years of recruitment‑related experience
Either prior experience or strong desire to lead others with natural leadership capability.
A natural love of meeting people and hearing their stories
A drive, be goal‑oriented, and a motivated individual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
Energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to your work
The ability to sell and influence people and understand the wants and needs of clients/applicants
A down‑to‑earth, approachable, and team‑minded outlook
