About The Role
As part of DBG Health’s global technology transformation, the Finance ERP Program Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the organisation. Reporting to senior executives, this role is responsible for guiding complex, multi-country ERP delivery while ensuring alignment to business strategy, governance and value outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation across multiple regions and business units
Establish and govern program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and executive reporting
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Technology and Operations to drive adoption and value realisation
Manage systems integrators and technology partners, ensuring contractual, commercial and delivery outcomes are met
Oversee integration, data migration, testing, cutover and transition to Business-as-Usual support
Provide trusted advisory support to the CIO, CFO and Program Steering Committee
Skills & Experience
10+ years’ experience leading large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs in complex, multi-entity environments
Proven delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other Tier 1 ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion)
Strong program governance, financial management and executive-level communication skills
Demonstrated experience managing global systems integrators and multiple delivery partners
Deep understanding of finance, supply chain and enterprise integration architectures
