Our Client Our client is an Australian success story impacting the lives of many Australians through its various business interests. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the in‑house team in Melbourne.

The Role This role will suit Property Lawyers with 7 years + up to Special Counsel level experience across a whole range of property matters. Your role will be varied and will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating and preparation of contracts of sale, leases, agreements for lease, licences, easements, and ancillary property documents. In addition, you will liaise with external counsel, conduct due diligence on acquisitions, monitor changes in legislation and case law relevant to commercial property and assist with dispute resolution.
