Develop, document, and refine trading processes to boost team efficiency, asset performance, and risk management, while mentoring others on best practices.
Facilitate strategic discussions with internal teams, customers, and external partners to share fleet performance insights, operational updates, and recommendations that directly support business development, sales, and origination initiatives.
Design and conduct batch experiments using proprietary simulation tools, leading forensic analyses to uncover algorithmic improvements and revenue optimization opportunities.
Enhance and expand Python-based analytical tools to evaluate battery fleet performance comprehensively, generating data-driven insights that influence trading decisions and long-term strategy.
Analyze evolving market designs, policy shifts, and regulatory changes in key regions, assessing impacts on storage monetization and collaborating with stakeholders to inform Tesla's strategic roadmap.
Translate commercial challenges and market signals into rigorous hypotheses, delivering evidence-based insights that drive actionable outcomes across the organization.
The motivated and interested candidate may also contribute directly to forecast and trading algorithm feature development directly.
What You'll Bring
