With significant projects underway and on the horizon we are actively looking to recruit a highly experienced site based Senior Site Executive / QM to be a part of the Senior Management team and lead one of our significant open cut mining operations in the Northern Goldfields, Western Australia.

Responsibilities As the Senior Site Executive, you will be responsible for leading teams and shaping program deliverables across all aspects of the project. Your leadership and Program management skills will help ensure delivery to the highest of standards whilst working to build a culture consistent with the Blue Cap values.

Your personable style will enable you to positively engage with a range of functional experts as well facilitate effective communications across both internal and external stakeholders.

On a day to day basis you will be expected to:

Assume Accountability for the sites statutory compliance under WHS (Mines) regulations in the capacity of SSE/QM

Review and Lead the implementation of mine designs, pit optimisations, and production scheduling in line with budget and LOM plans.

Ensure practical integration between planning, load and haul and drill-and-blast operations.

Provide accurate production and statutory reports>\ Engage effectively with service providers and sub contractors

Set the standard for a people engaged safe working environment

Ensure the efficient availability and utilisation of people, assets and equipment,

About You To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:

Experience as a qualified and accomplished SSE/QM with experience in open pit gold mining

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering

Hold and unrestricted QM ticket

A leader in Safe working with a comprehensive understanding of the WHS (Mines) legislative requirements.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated success leading and developing diverse teams.
