Let's Talk About You You are a commercially astute, values‑driven gaming leader who thrives in a high‑performance environment. You balance strategy with hands‑on operational leadership and inspire excellence through collaboration, accountability and integrity.

You’ll also bring

Minimum 10 years experience in senior gaming leadership including extensive casino management experience

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive market share, revenue growth and profitability

Strong understanding of the Casino Control Act 1982, Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance

Expertise in labour management, cost control and performance optimisation across large‑scale operations

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage guests, regulators, teams and board stakeholders

Tertiary qualifications in a commercial business or related field (Gaming Management qualifications desirable)

Master’s degree preferred but not essential
