About the Opportunity As a Principal Consultant, Mine Control, you’ll act as a subject matter expert on Micromine Pitram, providing advanced technical support, solution design, and training for clients operating in complex mining environments. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and optimal performance of Pitram.

Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating technical support and service delivery for Micromine Pitram clients within the Australia region

Supporting the Project Management aspects of Pitram implementations and upgrades

Work closely with our Micromine Pitram clients in the region to provide support and develop long-term working relationships in support of customer loyalty and increased sales

Line management, training and mentoring of MM Pitram Operations staff in the region

Ensure all documentation, policies, and procedures are adhered to by the team

About You We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills. You will have:

A recognised computer science tertiary qualification

Prince2 or relevant Project Management accreditation

5 years experience in an operational exploration or mining environment

Recent experience providing help desk support, client training or public presentations

Recent experience with general purpose mining software (ideally fleet management)
