About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Maternal Fetal Medicine Subspecialist, or Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with a special interest in MFM, to join the dynamic multi-disciplinary team at EH.
The successful candidate will provide high‑risk care in complex pregnancies, in collaboration with our Fetal Diagnostic Service and Obstetric Medicine services.
Working primarily at BHH MFM clinics, there will also be an on‑call commitment.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Current registration with AHPRA
Hold fellowship with RANZCOG
Hold a subspecialist qualification in Maternal Fetal Medicine as recognised by RANZCOG or have experience working in an MFM unit in Australia for at least 6 months in the past 2–3 years.
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
