We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

General Manager

to lead and oversee operations across our 5-branch restaurant group in Melbourne. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service and food quality across all venues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations across all 5 branches.

Manage financial performance including budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost control.

Lead, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to achieve business goals.

Ensure consistent brand standards, food quality, and service excellence.

Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.

Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to maintain compliance and performance standards.

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for branch-level leaders.

Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalated service issues.

Report on business performance and recommend strategies for improvement to ownership.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in a

senior management role

within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven

multi-unit management experience

(managing multiple venues or franchises).

Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
