Service Delivery Manager - Finance & Operations to join our Customer Success team located in Melbourne or Sydney. You'll play a pivotal role in managing service delivery across a portfolio of clients - act as the primary operational contact for customers, coordinating BAU support, overseeing projects and work orders, and ensuring our service agreements deliver value. As the key contact post-implementation, you'll become a trusted advisor, driving continuous improvement and lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Lead daily service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction Manage work orders, project coordination, and PartnerPlus contracts Facilitate regular client meetings and maintain effective communication strategies Oversee incident management, SLA compliance, and reporting activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilisation and delivery outcomes Identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and service enhancements Support business development and promote Fusion5's initiatives What You'll Bring You're a confident communicator, natural collaborator, and service-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You're known for your ability to manage complexity with calm precision while building trust and driving value. You'll have: Demonstrated experience in managing professional services delivery across multiple clients A strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics in a commercial setting Experience in stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement A tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related field Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile (preferred) Familiarity with PSA tools or project systems (e.g. Jira, Mavenlink, MS Project, DevOps) What's in it for you?
