From our new Brisbane office, we work closely with our partner Resinc Solar to offer simple, fast solar loans that empower customers to cut their energy bills and their carbon footprint.

The Opportunity We’re seeking two organised and proactive Green Loan Officers to process high‑volume residential solar loans. You will be the bridge between our solar sales partners and our lending panel, ensuring every application is accurate, compliant and ready for fast approval. For complex deals, an experienced senior broker will take over; your focus will be on smooth, streamlined processing.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage daily loan applications from solar representatives, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Liaise with clients and solar sales staff to clarify requirements and gather additional information, providing clear guidance on next steps

Prepare and lodge loan documentation via our CRM and lending platforms, maintaining meticulous records to support quick approvals.

Keep clients and solar partners updated on application progress and approvals.

Maintain positive relationships with lenders and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and achieve settlement targets.

Uphold responsible‑lending and compliance standards at all times.

Your Profile

CertificateIV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Experience in asset finance broking, loan administration, customer service or broker support; solar or consumer lending experience is a plus but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, solar representatives and lenders.

Passion for sustainability and the renewable‑energy sector.
