About the Opportunity: This boutique multi partner firm is looking for it's next partner to help grow the firm moving forward. Remaining partners are down to earth and easy to get along with and open to new ideas on how best to grow the firm. You will start ideally this year while being mentored and slowly transitioned into the client base with equity but in July 2027. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses Ability to manage a team and workflow Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives Strong ability to connect with clients and remaining partners Profits split equally among partners with everyone having an equal ownership stake The Ideal Candidate Will Have

10+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm CA or CPA qualifications Proven experience managing a small team with a larger firm environment Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive approach to client relationships and business development What\'s On Offer
