What you will do Work involves providing pragmatic, solutions-focused commercial advice, governance advice, contract drafting, procurement, grants and probity advice to Commonwealth Government agencies (including at senior levels).

You Are an administrative/gov't/public lawyer with 5+ years of PQE gained at a respected law firm and gov't department.

You will also have experience with:

working with government clients

Contracting, procurement and/or grant experience

an understanding of probity, integrity in the public sector, and governance principles

General legal experience (whether that’s in dispute resolution, commercial law, administrative law, general public law)

You must also have or be in the process of obtaining Australian citizenship.
