As Finance Director, you will join the executive leadership team and play a key role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all core financial functions, including financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and risk management

Build and refine financial models to guide strategic decision-making and assess business performance

Oversee budgeting, capital management, and funding strategiesEnsure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations

Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial performance, capital strategy, and risk

Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties, including investors, auditors, and lenders

Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to support scale and efficiency

Support M&A, funding rounds, and other corporate development initiatives where required

What You Bring

CA / CPA qualified with 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within financial services

Experience in lending, fintech, or asset-backed finance environments is highly desirable

Strong grasp of credit risk, capital structuring, and financial regulation

Proven ability to manage finance functions in high-growth or scaling organisations

Commercially savvy with strong business partnering and leadership skills

Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels

Experience working with private equity or investor-backed businesses is a strong advantage
