They are looking for a Head of Ecommerce who can work autonomously, and collaborate with the rest of the team. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and grow the full eCommerce strategy across multiple platforms Optimise and manage our website, user experience, and conversion rates Lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance Oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops Analyse data, report on performance, and tweak for speed + scale Work closely with design, operations, and marketing teams What You Bring: 5+ years in eCommerce with proven results scaling DTC brands Shopify or similar platform expertise Strong grasp of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-obsessed teams Passion for motorsports is a huge plus!
