This position will report to the Information Technology Leader, but will be responsible for implementing requirements set by the Information Security Department. We are constantly growing both in product and in customers, and you’ll have a leading role getting us there. This person will be required to be available in the European time zone. Responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security requirements on software and hardware

Patching vulnerabilities

Deploying security tools

Security audits. Must have understanding of security control requirements pertaining to audits such as SOC II, PCI, SOX, etc.

Responding to security incidents

Policy updates such as conditional policy, password policy, etc.

MDM solution management

Cloud-delivered firewall management

SaaS application security management

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Information System Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Five or more years of work experience as a System Security Engineer or related position.

Certifications such as GSEC, CompTIA Security+, GCTD, CIS, (ISC)², or any other relevant security-related certificates.

Proven experience developing, operating and maintaining security systems

In-depth knowledge of security protocols and principles

Strong IT background

Must have a deep understanding and familiarity with: MDM software like Kandji and Microsoft Intune

Windows workstation vulnerabilities

Vulnerability management and patching

EDR experience: such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, etc.

DLP applications: such as Fortra, Proofpoint, Teramind.

Identity providers such as Okta

Email security, data loss prevention using Google Workspace

Cloud-delivered firewall management such as Palo Alto Prisma Access

SSPM applications such as Adaptive Shield
