Manager – Application Development & Integration We’re looking for a passionate leader to head this Applications Development team. Integrating AI into the Development Practice They are beginning a considered adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation, and this role will play a central part in shaping that journey. Rather than experimentation for its own sake, the focus is on practical, secure, and value-driven implementation.

Responsible Adoption:

You will help define where and how AI should be applied, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.

Practical Impact:

From improving workflows to embedding AI‑enabled capabilities into selected processes, your work will contribute to measurable operational improvements in our soon-to‑be-built agents and models.

Strategic Contribution:

You will help establish the standards, frameworks, and governance that guide how we design, build, and deploy AI‑informed solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

The Experience:

Senior level experience in software development with a track record of leading complex enterprise projects.

The Toolkit:

Deep knowledge of integration platforms (Workato a must, Mulesoft highly regarded) and hands‑on experience with languages like Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.

The Mindset:

A positive, service‑oriented attitude with a "life‑long learning" approach to technology.

The X‑Factor:
