On behalf of the founding partners we are seeking the next generation of leadership for the firm - candidates will have direct PE investing experience, interest and empathy with the Middle / SME market. Responsibilities

Be actively supported and mentored by the founders; expected to have strong origination bias and be capable of consistently generating deal pipelines while also bringing existing investee management & Board experience. Be a natural self-starter with excellent relationship building skills, as well as clear thinking with a flexible and creative mindset. Contribute to identifying, investing in, and adding value to profitable, market-leading businesses in WA. Qualifications / Requirements

Direct Private Equity investing experience; interest and empathy with the Middle / SME market. Ability to build and leverage relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and boards. Willingness to take on a leadership role in a growing fund and to work closely with the founders.
