Commercial Lawyer

The Andersen Partnership have been instructed to find an experienced Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PAE) to join a thriving and well-regarded practice. This role is suited to candidates with strong experience in commercial transactions and corporate advisory matters who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and growth-focused environment. Advise clients on business sales and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction management Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts Assist with shareholder agreements, buyouts and shareholder disputes Provide corporate advisory services including governance, restructuring and compliance advice Manage client relationships and deliver strategic, commercially focused legal solutions Qualifications

3–7 years’ PAE in commercial law Strong experience in buy/sell transactions and corporate advisory matters Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with a commitment to technical excellence A proactive, organised and adaptable approach Why This Role?
