Job Description
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an experienced SAP professional to drive the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Work Zone for HR with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role involves delivering high-quality technical solutions, building custom UI components, and ensuring seamless HR data integration across cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and configure
SAP Work Zone for HR
to deliver a modern, intuitive, role‑based HR experience.
Build and enhance
custom widgets, cards, and UI integrations
to meet business needs.
Develop and implement
workflows, extensions, and UI enhancements
using SAP UI5, Fiori, and SAP Launchpad services.
Lead the integration of
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
with
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud , ensuring reliable end‑to‑end data flow.
Configure
communication systems, communication arrangements, and destinations
for effective data replication.
Ensure accurate
field mapping, data transformation, and synchronization
for employee data, cost centers, bank data, and availability information.
Support HR use cases such as
time recording, resource management, and contingent workforce integration .
Prepare comprehensive
technical documentation , including system configurations, integration flows, and custom development specifications.
Provide technical support throughout
testing cycles, deployment, go‑live , and
post‑implementation stabilization .
Strong understanding of the SAP technology landscape with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in
IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
Preferred
10+ years of experience
in SAP, with at least
one full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation .
Hands‑on skills in
SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData services , and cloud extension frameworks.
Proven experience integrating
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
with
S/4HANA Cloud .
Familiarity with
SAP Master Data Integration (MDI)
and
Business Data Orchestration .
Knowledge of
CBC setup, tenant configuration, and extensibility
in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Solid understanding of
SAP HR processes
and associated data models.
Additional
Excellent stakeholder and customer‑facing communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with global teams.
