Role Overview
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be deployed to client locations across Australia as part of a 5–7 member engagement team. You'll work on‑site with clients to implement performance improvement strategies, optimize operations, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with client teams from C‑suite to front‑line
Apply proven methodologies to drive operational transformation
Coach and influence client personnel to adopt new practices
Travel weekly to client sites (typically 14‑week engagements)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree
2–8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills
Must reside in Australia and be legally authorized to work (no visa sponsorship)
Willingness to travel weekly across Australia
