Job Description
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide high‑quality financial advice and performance reporting to divisional leaders, supporting informed decision‑making and sustainable healthcare delivery.
Leading divisional budgeting and forecasting processes
Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial risk assessments
Managing funding alignment and service agreements
Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams
Coaching and mentoring finance team members
The Successful Applicant
You will bring:
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
High‑level proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (highly desirable) and professional membership (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA preferred)
