We are seeking a qualified and experienced Emergency Response Officer to join a metalliferous mining operation on a Friday-to-Friday back-to-back FIFO roster!

About the Role : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Emergency Response Officer to join a metalliferous mining operation on a 8 / 6 FIFO roster. This role is critical to site safety and emergency preparedness, requiring hands‑on response capabilities and strong reporting skills. You'll be responsible for providing emergency medical care, conducting drug and alcohol testing, and supporting mine rescue operations.

Requirements : Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or industrial environments

Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance) or Diploma of Emergency Health Care (or higher)

Cert III in Mines Rescue and Response and / or Cert III in Public Safety

Certified to collect specimens for drug testing

Current WA C-Class Driver's Licence (HR or MR preferred)

Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)Strong computer literacy and reporting skills

Willing to complete a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
