About the Role:
As the Security & Safety Partner based at the Truganina Distribution Centre, you will partner with the Distribution Manager and senior team to identify and minimise loss and to reduce safety risks and incidents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Security
Compliance Audits
Distribution Shrink though reporting
Investigations & Disciplinary Process
Physical Security Measures
Training & Support
Safety
Identification of safety risks for daily toolbox and monthly safety meeting
Collaborative support to the DC Manager to improvement safety in the Distribution Centre
Support DC Team to report incidents, investigate with outcomes to prevent further incidents
Partner with all levels of Distribution Team to understand safety concerns.
Engage in daily toolbox and safety meetings.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
Customer Centric – we have the customer at the forefront of what we do.
Inquisitive by nature, enjoys fact-finding, investigating and is curious.
Minimum of 2 years based at a Distribution Centre
Understanding of Distribution Centre Operations including Team Member Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of DC cycle counts & stocktakes with an understanding of inventory management.
Understanding of how to be safe in a Distribution Centre environment

Special requirements of the role:
Based at the EVO DC in Truganina with local travel to the Melbourne Support Centre
