The Position The successful candidate will provide expert obstetric and gynaecological care within a well-established hospital setting. The role encompasses antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, as well as gynaecological consultations and procedures. There will be opportunities to engage in medical education, supervision of junior doctors, and quality improvement initiatives. Participation in an on-call roster is required to ensure continuity of care for the community.

Essential criteria To be considered for this role, you must possess :

Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent qualification

Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Proven experience in managing a diverse range of obstetric and gynaecological cases
