The Opportunity A doctor-owned and rapidly expanding practice in Gympie is seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP) to join their team. This opportunity offers full flexibility in scheduling and billing with high patient demand and strong earnings potential. Special interest areas are encouraged and supported by the practice.

The practice has steadily grown to a team of 8 doctors and allied health professionals and is continuing to expand with plans for radiology facilities and a second clinic.

The Role We are seeking an experienced GP with strong generalist skills who is motivated and committed to providing high-quality patient care. The patient base is diverse spanning newborns to the elderly with a large proportion of industrial workers from the area’s major industries.

There is flexibility in hours and days worked with the practice open 7 days a week. GPs have autonomy over their schedules.

80-85% of billings

The Practice

Doctor-owned and operated

Team of 8 doctors including 3 FRACGPs plus psychologist and exercise physiologist

Special interests include skin cancer checks medicinal cannabis methadone program medical terminations and womens health procedures

Pathology onsite with three full-time nurses (including one dedicated care plan and procedure support)

Open 7 days : 8.30am9pm weekdays 10am4pm weekends

Who Are Looking For

Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP or equivalent)

Current AHPRA Specialist registration

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Professional commitment to providing compassionate patient care
