This locally-registered construction company is owned and operated by Christians with staff from a range of religions. It aims to operate with integrity and bring good quality design and construction services to its clients. It seeks to serve the church in this country by modeling excellence profitability and service in a challenging economic physical and spiritual environment. There is currently a need for a Director Construction Management preferably based in the branch office. The suitable person would have worked for a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry in some way. Experience of financing projects tendering project and financial management is recommended preferably in the developing world and particularly in South Asia. There are medium- and long-term prospects for developing the company and growing the role. A university-level engineering qualification would be required together with professional registration in some form – civil engineering would the most appropriate and additional architectural management or financial qualifications would enhance a candidate's suitability.
