What you'll be doing
You will be scheduling and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders to communicate the key program objectives. You will identify and develop the requisite change management artefacts including communication strategies, change plans, impact assessments, and project schedules.
About you
You will be a seasoned change management professional with demonstrated experience in successfully building and maintaining relationships with senior management across NSW Health.
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with :
Superior communication and conflict resolution skills
The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development
The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment

This is a NSW Health internal EOI and decisions will be made upon review of all submissions. Offers for this position are dependent on capacity to release the applicants from their current position / role. Please note the selection process will include an informal interview and work sample only to determine your suitability.
You can only be employed for a total period of up to 12 months via this expression of interest
