Senior Measurement Partner
Prophet builds digital clones of organisations – AI‑powered, mathematical models that bring together thousands of marketing, commercial and macroeconomic data points. Responsibilities
Own customer relationships and deliver insights: manage strategic customer relationships, transforming measurement outputs into compelling narratives that drive action. Present insights independently to clients and agencies, providing expert guidance on media mix optimisation based on Prophet platform findings.
Design and deploy experimentation frameworks: develop and structure experimentation approaches that enable continuous media mix optimisation, leveraging the Prophet Experimentation Framework to deliver rigorous, actionable testing strategies for customers.
Drive operational excellence across projects: support and lead team projects to ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Build and promote efficient working processes that enable complex measurement integrations to reach the market successfully.
Enable seamless customer transitions: partner closely with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth handovers from implementation to live operation, maintaining continuity and quality throughout the customer journey.
Champion customer needs in product development: act as the voice of the customer within Prophet, translating customer requirements into product features and functionality. Take ownership of ensuring the platform evolves to meet real‑world decision‑making needs.
Core Qualities
Love solving messy data challenges with structure and storytelling.
Have a strong background in marketing science, and data‑driven strategy.
Know how to talk to both CMOs and engineers – and can translate between them.
Are comfortable running experiments, measuring impact, and iterating fast.
Are excited by the ambiguity (and opportunity) that comes with early‑stage growth.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing analytics, decision science, or customer success (agency or platform side).
Strong understanding of measurement methodologies such as Incremental Lift, Geolift, MMM, A/B Testing and Search Lift.
Experience working with or for agencies/brands on measurement, experimentation, and data activation.
Familiarity with data and statistical modelling tools (bonus for SQL, Python, or econometrics).
The ability to grow and mature a function and scale operations.
