Provide strategic direction and governance for Revenue Control, Revenue Recovery, and Private Practice Administration teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused account processing and a seamless patient financial journey.
Operationalise Metro South Health's own‑source revenue strategy to maximise collections, minimise revenue leakage, debt write‑offs, and compliance risk.
Lead the development, implementation and review of revenue strategies, policies, procedures and business rules to support standardisation, optimisation, and compliance across all facilities.

Demonstrated experience in revenue strategy, control, recovery, and private practice administration in a large, multi‑facility organisation.
Proven ability to lead and inspire high‑performing teams, drive change, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear insights and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
