The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Careers, this Melbourne-based role will partner with leaders across the country to deliver high-quality, relationship-driven recruitment. Youโll work across a broad variety of roles โ from entry-level workflow coordinators and graduate programs through to senior leaders and specialist regional positions.
The organisation operates across every state and territory, supporting teams in metropolitan, regional, and rural locations. As they embed consistent HR processes and prepare for the rollout of a new ATS next quarter, youโll sit at the heart of this transformation โ helping to modernise recruitment and influence the overall talent strategy.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 + Super (Based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment nationally, across roles from entry-level through to director level.
Lead talent attraction for hard-to-fill and regional vacancies using proactive sourcing, networks, and strong relationship-building.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and shape recruitment strategies.
Produce clear, accurate recruitment and activity reporting (currently manual), contributing insights and recommendations.
Build trusted internal relationships across the newly unified HR team.
Support early employment branding and EVP initiatives planned for 2025.
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Projects
Redesign and modernise the national graduate recruitment program, moving away from legacy franchise-based processes.
Support the development and launch of the organisationโs EVP in early 2025.
Contribute to refreshed employment brand assets and messaging.
Help establish consistent national recruitment frameworks aligned with the businessโs new operating model.
About You
Youโre proactive, career-focused, and energised by the idea of shaping recruitment in a transforming business. Youโre comfortable working in a professional services environment and confident partnering across all levels of the organisation.
Experience in internal recruitment, ideally within professional services or a comparable fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of role types and seniority levels.
Strength in proactive sourcing, particularly for regional or hard-to-fill roles.
Confident partnering skills โ able to build trust with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues.
A positive attitude and growth mindset โ attitude is weighted more heavily than years of experience.
