How You Can Make a Difference Are you ready to make a real impact and help hearts beat stronger across Australia? The Heart Foundation is looking for a Marketing Lead who's passionate about health, creativity, and driving campaigns that truly matter.

This isn't just another marketing gig - it's a chance to pump life into projects that support healthcare programs, research, and evidence-based initiatives. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Lead and a team of channel specialists to craft campaigns that get hearts racing (in a good way!).

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and either our Melbourne or Sydney office.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver strategic marketing campaigns that align with our vision: Health for Every Heart.

Partner with internal teams to create integrated channel plans that hit the mark.

Develop engaging content and collateral that speaks to health professionals and the community.

Track performance, optimise campaigns, and celebrate wins that make a difference.

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.

5+ years' previous experience in a generalist marketing role.

Experience working in the healthcare sector, bonus points if you've developed campaigns for both consumers and healthcare professionals.

A knack for collaboration, creativity, and influencing stakeholders.

Someone who thrives under pressure and can adapt when the heartbeat of the project changes.
