Policy construction Indemnity advice Engagement with industry participants, e.g. underwriters Act for industry participants and undertake policy construction and indemnity work Appearing in a range of jurisdictions, reporting to two Partners and a Special Counsel Qualifications / Requirements

Public Liability lawyer at the Senior Associate level Experience in public liability and personal injury matters Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions (Supreme and District Courts; Federal Court; High Court) Team / Reporting
