Role Overview
As part of a large, multi‑faceted Australian property group, you will lead the finance function for their Development group. With the support of a small yet capable team, your key focus will be to ensure the Directors and the senior leadership team have confidence in the financial results and information generated in order to make accurate and pragmatic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Generation of core monthly, quarterly, and annual results
Treasury, cash‑flow and transaction summaries
Budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring controls are in place (audit, compliance, risk management)
Partnering the Group CFO and Directors to secure and manage JV and loan agreements
Leading qualified Accountants who are project‑focused, a process improvement focus will be important to streamline feasibility analysis and track project financials. This will automate transactions and approvals, creating opportunities for career development for you and the team.
Proven team leadership experience will have been gained in a property, development or construction environment where project financial management has been integral to your success. CPA/CA qualified, the ability to move into a more senior role should present as the group continues to grow, and you earn the right to lead funding relationships.

Remuneration will be flexible pending experience (north of $200k+).
