They’re now recruiting a Head of Professional Services/Delivery to lead their project and consulting practice. ABOUT THE ROLE This individual will own the delivery of all project, consulting, and transformation work across the business. This role suits a technically strong leader who loves engaging directly with customers understanding their environment, explaining the “why,” shaping roadmaps, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. You’ll lead a growing PS function, uplift delivery maturity, and play a hands‑on role in solution design, planning, and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional Services Leadership

Lead and manage the Professional Services team across cloud, workplace, networking, and security Build a high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence and customer outcomes Manage resourcing, recruitment, utilisation, and capability development Project Delivery & Execution

Own the end-to-end delivery of projects and consulting engagements Translate strategies into clear, actionable project plans Ensure delivery frameworks, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met Support presales with solution design, scoping, resourcing, and estimation Customer & Commercial Engagement

Act as a senior technical leader in customer conversations Build strong relationships and guide customers through best‑practice modernisation Support BD with presentations, proposals, and solution blueprints Strengthen vendor partnerships to expand capability and solution options KEY REQUIREMENTS

Strong leadership experience in Professional Services / consulting within an MSP Deep technical capability across cloud, modern workplace, and security Strong experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure and Security Strong commercial understanding of utilisation, project profitability, and scoping Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly structured, organised, and delivery-driven Comfortable being hands‑on with clients, teams, and vendors Relevant IT Degree and certifications.
