We are seeking a

graduate or early-career dentist

to join our team and continue building their skills in a structured, well-supported practice. This role is ideal for a dentist who has completed their initial graduate year and is now looking to grow with mentorship, stability, and a loyal patient base — without production pressure. Key responsibilities include: Providing general dental care, including examinations, treatment planning, and routine procedures Developing clinical confidence at a steady, supported pace Learning comprehensive and ethical treatment planning Working closely with experienced dentists, dental assistants, and our hygiene team Maintaining accurate and clear clinical records Delivering patient-centred care with professionalism and empathy About You

This role is

not suitable for overseas-based applicants or new arrivals to Australia . You will ideally have: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working as a dentist in Australia Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent) Graduation within the past

3–5 years Strong communication skills and a caring chairside manner Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach Australian or New Zealand qualification, or ADC certification Australian citizenship or permanent residency Candidates who have previously applied for roles with Wynnum Dentists need not reapply.
