Small Animal Veterinarian – Relocate to Victoria, Australia Are you a passionate Small Animal Veterinarian looking for your next adventure? Red Sector Recruitment is helping a thriving veterinary practice located just 45 minutes northwest of Melbourne and 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport find a dedicated Vet to join their friendly, supportive team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone considering relocation to Australia, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

The Role This is a permanent part‑time position, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and promote a genuine work‑life balance. You’ll work alongside an experienced Lead Vet and a team of five caring Vet Nurses in a modern, well‑equipped practice. Weekly hours can range from 10–24 hours, with the potential for overtime if preferred. Typical coverage includes Mondays, optional Tuesdays, and one Saturday in three.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification

Registered or eligible for registration with the VIC Veterinary Board

Ideally 2–3 years’ experience, but motivated candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure

Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
