The Opportunity

This is a 'hands on' role where you will be at the coal face but also a role where you will be mentored and developed by accessible partners. This construction team has a depth and breadth of construction experience that makes them one of the 'go to' teams in Australia.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the lawyer who enjoys going to court and wants to refine their technical skills.

This role is also open to general litigators who are looking to pivot.

The Firm

Our client is a well established commercial law firm and they have a blue chip client base. They have flourished in the last 15 years and are values driven, committed to delivering exceptional legal solutions to their clients.

About You

You will have at least 12 months to 4 years in the area of construction law, from a reputable law firm or in-house environment OR you will have general disputes experience

Strong writing, advisory and communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box

Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment

Passion, drive and enthusiasm
