Job Description

This is an exciting Billing Manager role working for one of Australia’s leading specialist recruitment agencies. You will be responsible for leading and expanding the successful and productive Professional Services teams in Victoria (based in Melbourne CBD) covering three teams: Accounting & Finance, Business Support and Engineering. You will have full ownership of the P&L and will have a significant impact on the strategic success of the Victorian business. Billing & leadership role across 3 core disciplines Strong base salary + performance bonuses Growth aspirations to double team in 2025 (from 4 to 8ppl) You will need to be empathetic and build important internal relationships so that you can win the “hearts and minds” of the people. A culture of success is important, as is an environment where people have fun and love doing what they do within a supportive and high performing team. You will be actively involved in nurturing and fostering existing client relationships whilst also developing new crucial connections. While existing relationships with major blue chip customers are in place, to support the continued growth of the business, you will be active in the market acquiring new opportunities and originating new customers.
