Audit - Director

Nationally and internationally recognised accounting firm with one of the largest audit divisions in Brisbane. With a diverse client portfolio and continued market momentum, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Audit Associate Director/Director to step into a leadership role — with a view to equity in 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Diverse portfolio including

listed companies, large private groups, manufacturing, mining exploration, construction , and

Audit Office appointed engagements

Genuine

Lead and manage a portfolio of listed, large private, and corporate audit clients

Work closely with other divisions including corporate finance and tax

Build and foster strong client relationships

Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the audit division

Play an active role in business development and networking initiatives

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of audit professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

CA and ability to become an RCA

Significant external audit experience, ideally at a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level

Strong technical skills across audit standards, risk management, and financial reporting

Existing Brisbane market networks preferred, but outstanding interstate candidates will also be considered

Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
